End of tenancy cleaning Kensington W8 Moving In Out Cleaning

Tenants can leave properties in a mess. Some leave big messes, sometimes it is just the small things. Often there is waste to dispose of, carpet marks to get rid of, wall marking - blue tac, tape, cookers to clean and so. There are probably some minor repairs to be done too. Propa cleaners can make short work of cleaning and fixing up a property in London to make it ready to rent to the next tenants or to sell. We will do this at a reasonable price, and with experienced staff and the right equipment. You need not worry as your property will be in good hands. The net result is that you have saved your self time, and have a property that is more attractive to prospective buyers or renters. Give Propa cleaners a call and see how we can make your rental unit shine.

The biggest thing to hit Kensington High Street in recent years was the US food giant Whole Foods market, which took over the old Barkers building in 2007 and turned it into a temple of organic a deli of department-store dimensions.  For a taste of more traditional Kensington, Kensington Church Street houses a selection of pricier boutiques and grand stucco-fronted houses that line the backstreets.

Outdoor types, especially in-line skaters and cyclists, gravitate towards Kensington Gardens (which merges with Hyde Park). There, families head for the Brilliant Diana near life-size pirate ship and urban beach, while a stroll round the Round Pond is a traditional Sunday afternoon jaunt for well-heeled locals. It is easy to forget the dense traffic of Kensington Road – Ken Livingston’s western extension to the Congestion Charge zone seems to have done little to have done little to alternative W8 rush-hour gridlock problems.

The other end of Kensington High Street is marked by another behemoth: the Commonwealth Institute, which introduced many a young child to the Empire’s furthest outposts, abuts Holland Park. Holland Park itself is an impressively planned and surprisingly untouristy public space, with Japanese garden, an art gallery, a summer open-air opera season and one of the city’s most handsomely situated youth hostels.
