End of tenancy cleaning Paddington W2 Moving In Out Cleaning

Tenants can leave properties in a mess. Some leave big messes, sometimes it is just the small things. Often there is waste to dispose of, carpet marks to get rid of, wall marking - blue tac, tape, cookers to clean and so. There are probably some minor repairs to be done too. Propa cleaners can make short work of cleaning and fixing up a property in London to make it ready to rent to the next tenants or to sell. We will do this at a reasonable price, and with experienced staff and the right equipment. You need not worry as your property will be in good hands. The net result is that you have saved your self time, and have a property that is more attractive to prospective buyers or renters. Give Propa cleaners a call and see how we can make your rental unit shine.

Strange as it may seem, only a few years ago the most noteworthy aspect of chaotic Paddington was its station, a lofty example of Victorian engineering, built to the specification of Isambard Kingdom Brunel, the glazed roof giving shelter thousands of commuters  and a small bronze statue of certain bear.

Today all the excitement is beyond the station. The swankily rejuvenated Paddington Basin, ones a neglected body of water forming the terminus of the Grand Junction Canal, is now desirable Real estate. It has walkways, pedestrian-friendly towpaths and new bridges that allow strollers to circumnavigate the whole basin for the first time in its history. One of many wonders is the Rolling Bridge, built in eight triangular sections that can be curled up to allow water traffic to pass. (This happens every Friday at noon). The whole area is surrounded by gorgeous, gleaming new-builds, one of which is new M&S headquarters.

North of the Westway, the Paddington Green conservation area is centred on ST Mary’s Church and the children’s hospital. Going South, Westbourne Terrace, towards Bayswater, was hailed as the finest street in London in its heyday. It still has some fantastically handsome houses that, in common with those on many of the roads running from Paddington to Hyde Park, command high prices.
