End of tenancy cleaning Hammersmith W6 Moving In Out Cleaning

Tenants can leave properties in a mess. Some leave big messes, sometimes it is just the small things. Often there is waste to dispose of, carpet marks to get rid of, wall marking - blue tac, tape, cookers to clean and so. There are probably some minor repairs to be done too. Propa cleaners can make short work of cleaning and fixing up a property in London to make it ready to rent to the next tenants or to sell. We will do this at a reasonable price, and with experienced staff and the right equipment. You need not worry as your property will be in good hands. The net result is that you have saved your self time, and have a property that is more attractive to prospective buyers or renters. Give Propa cleaners a call and see how we can make your rental unit shine.

The hart of Hammersmith may have been torn in two by the thundering A4 and Hammersmith flyover, but things are slowly changing for the better in this windswept corner of west London. The main new development is the approval of controversial new office block, which will occupy an NCP car park earmarked for development since 1981.

Shopping is centred on a busy King Street, which leads west to Chiswick. It’s grubby thoroughfare, providing the usual raft of popular brands and charity shops, plus an unappealing shopping centre, Kings Mall. Further on lays Lowiczanka Polish Cultural Centre. Noisy chain pubs dominate the area around the tube station; far better are the lovely riverside pubs west of green-and-gold Hammersmith Bridge, the city’s oldest suspension bridge.

Properties here is dominated by conversion flats - this is one of the largest private rented sectors in London – and you’ll need to venture up Shepherd’s Bush Road to leafy Brook Green Blythe Village for converted family homes, along with medium-sized Victorian houses and modern luxury apartments blocks.

Olympia Exhibition centre on the border with Kensington & Chelsea hosts a variety of trade shows; locals tend to resent it for the traffic it creates. The area’s transport is generally a plus, though, especially the fast links (by road and tube) to Heathrow airport.
