End of tenancy cleaning Ealing W5

Tenants can leave properties in a mess. Some leave big messes, sometimes it is just the small things. Often there is waste to dispose of, carpet marks to get rid of, wall marking - blue tac, tape, cookers to clean and so. There are probably some minor repairs to be done too. Propa cleaners can make short work of cleaning and fixing up a property in Ealing to make it ready to rent to the next tenants or to sell. We will do this at a reasonable price, and with experienced staff and the right equipment. You need not worry as your property will be in good hands. The net result is that you have saved your self time, and have a property that is more attractive to prospective buyers or renters. Give Propa cleaners a call and see how we can make your rental unit shine.

By the elegant, bijou and brash, Ealing has come a long way since Ealing studios produced its famous comedies on the edge of Walpole Park. Sure, the area has its share of tower blocks and housing estates-most notably around Argyle Road – but Ealing is overwhelmingly upper middle class, and it shows.

From a residential perspective, the main attractions (apart from the houses) are the schools and transport links. Ealing is packed with primary and secondary schools – mostly of the private, opted-out variety. Commuters have a choice of half a dozen train and tube stations, while the A40 and M4 provide easy access to Heathrow and the South-West.

There are numerous parks and sporting clubs too. Lammas Park is a large green lung, complete with playgrounds and tennis courts. Walpole Park near the Broadway is child-friendly and hosts jazz and comedy festivals in summer.

Ealing Green rivals Chiswick in terms of genteel affluence; the most extravagant houses are North of Broadway towards Hanger Hill. The so-called Pitshanger Village area near the park of the same name boasts a villagey feel and a parade full of independent shops.

Things get more residential as you head South, but South Ealing is still well-to-do. Houses may be mock-Tudor, but they’re huge, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants along Ealing South Road. The grand housing extends to the streets around Ealing Common. This popular open space is divided in two by train tracks, but from here it’s only a short stroll south to huge Gunnersbury Park (over the borough border in Hounslow).By contrast, Argyle Road in the north-west is dominated by retirement village and uninspiring planned housing.
