Chiswick W4 End of tenancy cleaning

Tenants can leave properties in a mess. Some leave big messes, sometimes it is just the small things. Often there is waste to dispose of, carpet marks to get rid of, wall marking - blue tac, tape, cookers to clean and so. There are probably some minor repairs to be done too. Propa cleaners can make short work of cleaning and fixing up a property in London to make it ready to rent to the next tenants or to sell. We will do this at a reasonable price, and with experienced staff and the right equipment. You need not worry as your property will be in good hands. The net result is that you have saved your self time, and have a property that is more attractive to prospective buyers or renters. Give Propa cleaners a call and see how we can make your rental unit shine.

This swanky part of west London offers easy access to the city centre alongside a tranquil, suburban feel. Two main thoroughfares divide Chiswick from west to east: busting Chiswick High Road (A315), the main shopping hotspot, and the imposing, six-lane A4 (Great West Road), which runs through to Brentford, Isleworth and Hounslow in one direction and joins the M4. At the West of the A4 is Chiswick Roundabout, flanked by car dealerships and usually gridlocked. Some of the area’s most affordable property is nearby. Chiswick Village, a collection of attractive 1930s flats, is popular and has a good sense of community.

The East side of the A4, meanwhile, is anchored by Hogarth Roundabout, named after 18th-century artist and satirist William Hogarth, who lived nearby. Also next to the roundabout is Fuller’s, London’s oldest (and now only) brewery.

It’s the Southern half of Chiswick that is most sought after, however, with notable riverside stretches at Chiswick Mall-whose spectacular Georgian residences have mini-gardens across the road next to the Thames, facing Chiswick Eyot-and Strand-on-the-Green, whose waterside pubs and popular with walkers and cyclists heading along the Thames Path. Tiny Church Street is full of architectural gems, while Corney Reach, just to the south, is a more modern residential complex.

Also in a great demand is the Grove Park area. Huge houses from all eras squat on a network of wide, tree-lined streets, with a smattering of shops around Chiswick Rail station to break the residential norm. At the end of Harvard Road lies the beautiful Russian’s Orthodox Church.

Sutton Court Mansions on Fauconberg Road is popular with renters. To the South lies Duke Meadows-largely inaccessible to the public unless you have an allotment, belong to the health club or can use the Civil Service sports fields-and beyond that Chiswick and Barns Bridges. Elegant 18th-century Chiswick house, with its stunning grounds, is another local treasure.
